Doing versus Being.
Our external world is created by our internal landscape. If we want to see more love, we must be more Loving. When we desire to manifest a world that we can pass on to our children, we accomplish that through being the change. This has been said by many great philosophers before but I felt it on a visceral level today.
Storytelling.
I learned this long ago in my childhood, transmuting fear into love through my writing. Now, I get to offer this wisdom as a therapist and I hope you feel empowered to author your own story and find healing through your own voice.
